Craig Harvey and Harold Lorick was very helpful and professional. They pointed out the problem with my Escalade and fixed it within an hour or so. I thought it was a tire problem, but found out it was not. Thanks to Craig and Harold, my SUV drives beautiful!!
WE WERE TRAVELING SOUTH TO FLORIDA WHEN SUDDENLY WE HAD A BLOWOUT. WE WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THE TIRE AND GO TO THE NEXT EXIT WHICH WAS BLYTHEWOOD. WE FOUND THE TIRE SHOP AND ENCOUNTERED TWO OF THE BEST PERSONS. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD. MY WIFE AND I THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I want to compliment you on three of your employees. I noticed a nail in my tire around 6pm. I stopped by the Hard Scrabble location and Craig, Jeremiah and Matt fixed my problem. Most places would have told me to come back when they were open, but not your employees. Because of the fantastic customer service I received, Pope Davis will be the only car care center I will ever use. I will tell all my friends about this great experience.
